I'm excited to introduce Freshwater Academy, an online learning platform for leaders seeking mastery in strategy, leadership and execution. Offering live online training with highly experienced instructors and self-paced online courses. The academy will offer a uniquely comprehensive curriculum in topics from strategy to execution.

New course pre-launch

By popular demand the first course on the academy is Leading Change with OKRs 🎯 This course is based on my experience training 100s of people in OKRs. It's designed to get you started quickly, while avoiding the most common mistakes:

  • Practice writing effective OKRs, and how to spot problems with OKRs.

  • Practice aligning your OKRs across teams and departments.

  • Practice the weekly check-in process to achieve results
